In case of return goods or refund funds to the buyer who previously paid with some of the payment cards partly or in whole, and regardless of the reason for the return, Mona d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund entirely through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods.

The customer has right to terminate distance contract within 14 days from the moment when the goods arrive in the customers country or the third party specified by the customer, and which is not the carrier, without specifying the reasons and additional costs (hereinafter: the withdrawal from the contract).

The customer is entitled to withdrawal from the contract with a statement he can give on a separate form for the cancellation of a distance contract, respectively outside of business premises or in another unambiguous way (hereinafter: the withdrawal from the contract).

A declaration of withdrawal from a contract with the distance contract shall be considered timely if it is sent to the seller within the deadline referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.

A declaration of withdrawal from a contract shall produce a legal effect from the date on which it was sent to the seller.

The customer is obligated to proof that he has acted in accordance with the provisions of this article, in order to has his right to withdrawal from the contract.

The customer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods he returns, which occurs as a result of handling goods in a way that is not adequate, that is, exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

In case of return goods or repayment of funds to a buyer who previously paid some of the payment cards, in whole or in part, and regardless of the reason for the return, Mona d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund solely through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will make a refund, at the request of the seller, to the expense of the card user.
